About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer who can own the user experience end-to-end across consumer-facing product lines. This is a high-autonomy IC role where you will influence what we build, why we build it, and how users experience it.
What You'll Do
- Lead the product design lifecycle: discovery, problem framing, flows, wireframes, UI, prototypes, and handoff.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate user problems into thoughtful, measurable product experiences.
- Challenge assumptions and requirements by asking why before how and simplifying complex flows.
- Ship designs quickly while maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Raise the design bar across UX and visual craft within the product.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on product design experience.
- Experience shipping B2C products at scale or in growth-stage environments.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, not just UI screens.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and structure problems effectively.
- Experience working closely with PMs and engineers in an IC capacity.
- Strong product intuition, speed, and comfort iterating rapidly.
- Bonus: experience in broking, trading, mutual funds, or fintech.
