SSAI is Looking for:
We are looking for a product designer who is strong in both Figma and can vibe-code a working prototype with Repplit/Cursor/Lovable to join our team.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of UI/UX experience, experience in working on B2B platforms are a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent in Figma - flows, components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens.
- Comfortable vibe coding prototypes - quickly hacking together front-end prototypes using tools like Cursor, Repplit, Lovable so we can test ideas with real interactions and data.
- Ability to understand the potential usability issues of a product and suggest enhancements
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple products at once requiring very little direction on a day to day basis
What You'll Do
- Own flows in Figma
- Translate product requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Use components, variants, and auto-layout to keep designs scalable and systematic.
- Vibe-code interactive prototypes
- Use Cursor / Repplit/ similar tools to quickly build front-end prototypes.
- Make clickable, realistic prototypes beyond Figma.
- Experiment with micro-interactions and real-world layouts.
- Hand these off as reference implementations that engineers can productionize
- Design within (and evolve) our design system
- Work with our existing design system (colours, typography, components, spacing, states).
- Create new components/variants only when needed and document them properly in Figma.
- Ensure consistency across our web app, mobile app, dashboards, and admin tools.
- Collaborate deeply with product & engineering
- Work closely with PMs to clarify problem statements and trade-offs.
- Pair with engineers to ensure the built product matches the design system and intent.
- Participate in design reviews, usability discussions, and QA of key flows.
