What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile modules: discovery journeys pixel-perfect, developer-ready specs.
- Blend enterprise depth with consumer polish. One sprint you're refining an ops dashboard; the next, you're crafting a friction-free pickup flow.
- Prototype in Figma and AI tools. PMs already draft quick flows with LLMsyour craft turns those ideas into best-in-class UX.
- Leverage AI design assistants (Figma AI, Claude, Magician, Galileo, etc.) to iterate 10 fastercopy, wireframes, variants, micro-interactions.
- Collaborate daily with PMs & engineersstand-ups, sprint planning, design QAwhile measuring outcomes with data.
- Evolve our design systemcomponents, tokens, accessibility, motion, and AI-generated documentation.
What You Bring
- 35 years designing SaaS or mobile-first products.
- Deep Figma skills (components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping).
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM design helpers to speed ideation and production.
- Demonstrated success building B2Cstyle mobile experiences for rider or deliverypartner personas.
- Track record of turning complex B2B workflows into simple, delightful interfaces.
- Comfort tying design choices to business metrics (conversion, task success, NPS).
- Clear, concise communicationwritten and verbal.
Bonus Points
- Logistics, marketplace, or workforce-management domain knowledge.
- Motion design chops (Lottie, micro-interactions).
- Front-end literacy (React / Flutter).
- Experience scaling a design system with AI-powered docs.
