About Us
Started in 2019, STAGE is an entertainment platform for regional cultures known for producing premium quality content in Indian languages to reinforce, protect and validate people's sense of identity for their culture and heritage.
We currently focus on Haryanvi, Rajasthani and Bhojpuri languages. Our mobile apps have 15 Mn+ downloads and 4 Mn+ paying customers globally. That makes STAGE the biggest media platform in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.
- Translate complex workflows and features into simple, intuitive interfaces.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.
Requirements

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics.
- Understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in consumer internet, OTT, or product-focused startups is a plus. Eligibility Criteria
