Position: International Watch Designer

Location: India (Global Exposure Preferred)

Experience: 38 Years (Luxury / Premium Watch Industry Preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented International Watch Designer who can conceptualize and design premium/luxury watches aligned with global trends and brand identity. The candidate should have strong aesthetics, technical understanding of watch components, and experience working with international markets or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative watch dials, cases, straps, and overall watch concepts
• Research global fashion and luxury trends
• Create 2D/3D renderings, sketches, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs
• Work on limited editions / premium collections
• Coordinate with international vendors or clients if required
• Maintain documentation of design specifications

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of watch mechanics & materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar tools
• Excellent aesthetic sense & detailing
• Understanding of luxury branding
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Good communication skills
