Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 65,000/- per month (cost to company) ( The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate only if applicable)

  • Partner with the user research team to deeply understand learners, educators, and program teams.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable design opportunities.
  • Translate user needs, pain points, and motivations into design requirements that guide product direction.
  • Conceptualize and design innovative solutions for new features, products, and enhancements to existing platforms.
    • Develop low-fidelity wireframes to map user flows and information architecture.
    • Build interactive prototypes to validate design ideas and test usability.
    • Deliver high-fidelity mockups that communicate final design vision and are ready for handoff to developers.
      • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions with learners, educators, and other stakeholders.
      • Analyze user feedback and testing results to refine design decisions.
      • Implement a continuous feedback loop, ensuring that designs evolve to meet real user needs.
        • Work closely with product managers to align design solutions with business goals and product strategy.
        • Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
        • Partner with business and program stakeholders to balance user needs with organizational priorities.
        • Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to integrate design into agile workflows.
        • Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of Quest's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
          • Define and enforce UI/UX guidelines, accessibility standards, and design principles to maintain a unified brand and product experience.
          • Ensure design deliverables are reusable, adaptable, and aligned with the long-term product vision.
          • Craft visually engaging and intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and delight users.
            • Apply design principles to create layouts, typography, iconography, and interaction patterns that elevate the user experience.
            • Ensure every design aligns with Quest's brand identity while serving functional goals.
            • Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI practices.
              • Experiment with new techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries and improve design outcomes.
              • Bring fresh ideas to the team that expand how we think about user experience in the education technology space.
                • Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines for transparency and future reference.
                • Share design learnings, best practices, and insights with cross-functional teams to foster a design-driven culture.
                • Mentor peers and junior team members in design thinking and product design approaches.
                • Design expertise in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
                • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with experience creating clickable prototypes.
                • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful projects.
                • User-centered mindset , with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, usability, and interaction design patterns.
                • Analytical ability to interpret user data and feedback to drive design decisions.
                • Problem-solving creativity , able to think critically and explore multiple approaches to design challenges.
                • Attention to detail , ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect design outputs.
                • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design ideas, collaborate effectively, and advocate for design in cross-functional discussions.
                • Time management skills , with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
                • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
                  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in web/mobile product design, UI, UX, or interaction design.
