What We're Looking For
All four roles fall under Product Design, but we're hoping each candidate brings their own dominant strength area. You don't need to be a specialist just someone who naturally leans toward one of these:
1 Product/Industrial Design Focus
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, materials & engineering basics
- Solid CAD skills (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Comfortable converting sketches into detailed, production-friendly 3D models
- Ability to think about tolerances, moulding, mechanisms & feasibility
2 Freeform / Character & Toy Modelling Focus
- Great at organic modelling, sculpting, or character form development
- Understanding of simple toy mechanisms is a bonus
- Strong sketching/illustration skills and the ability to explore multiple forms
- Experience with Autodesk Maya/Blender or similar software is a plus
3 Graphics + Packaging Leaning (within Product Design)
(This is still a product design role, not a pure graphic designer.)
- Ability to create simple brand-led graphics for the products & toy lines
- Packaging structure + artwork adaptation experience
- Good visual storytelling, color sense, and layout skills
- Bonus: ability to create presentation-ready visuals for brand pitches
4 A Generalist Designer (Flexible Role)
- Someone who can support across all the above areas
- Strong curiosity and ability to learn fast
- A genuine interest in FMCG gifting and toy design
You don't need to fit perfectly into one box.
We just want four people who complement each other.
