Job Description

What We're Looking For

All four roles fall under Product Design, but we're hoping each candidate brings their own dominant strength area. You don't need to be a specialist just someone who naturally leans toward one of these:

1 Product/Industrial Design Focus

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, materials & engineering basics
  • Solid CAD skills (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, etc.)
  • Comfortable converting sketches into detailed, production-friendly 3D models
  • Ability to think about tolerances, moulding, mechanisms & feasibility

2 Freeform / Character & Toy Modelling Focus

  • Great at organic modelling, sculpting, or character form development
  • Understanding of simple toy mechanisms is a bonus
  • Strong sketching/illustration skills and the ability to explore multiple forms
  • Experience with Autodesk Maya/Blender or similar software is a plus

3 Graphics + Packaging Leaning (within Product Design)

(This is still a product design role, not a pure graphic designer.)

  • Ability to create simple brand-led graphics for the products & toy lines
  • Packaging structure + artwork adaptation experience
  • Good visual storytelling, color sense, and layout skills
  • Bonus: ability to create presentation-ready visuals for brand pitches

4 A Generalist Designer (Flexible Role)

  • Someone who can support across all the above areas
  • Strong curiosity and ability to learn fast
  • A genuine interest in FMCG gifting and toy design

You don't need to fit perfectly into one box.

We just want four people who complement each other.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design promotional products, branded merchandise, toys, & collectibles.
  • Create sketches, 3D models, renderings, and production-ready files.
  • Work in collaboration with in-house manufacturing and global sourcing teams.
  • Coordinate with vendor and prototyping partners to iterate and refine designs.
  • Build product boards and pitch decks for internal and client reviews.
  • Perform trend research, cost analysis, and design-to-manufacturing feasibility.
  • Support quality assurance and sustainability initiatives in design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent conceptual, sketching, and ideation skills.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD or modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Blender, Fusion 360, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of materials, injection molding, tooling, and mass manufacturing.
  • Good visual design skills, especially for those focused on graphics/packaging.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a small, agile team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Mandatory: Portfolio (academic project portfolio OK for freshers).
  • Experience with sustainability or eco-friendly design is a plus.

Why Join Us

  • Work with marquee FMCG & QSR brands.
  • From concept to delivery: you'll see your ideas turn into real, mass-produced products.
  • Be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and sustainable growth.
  • A chance to work in a design-driven, purpose-led organization that's built on 25+ years of legacy.
  • Collaborate in an environment that balances creative freedom with business impact.
