About the Role

4+ years of hands-on product design experience, ideally in customer-facing apps and web e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the design journey — from concept to pixel-perfect execution.
• Work with PMs to define problem statements and co-create outcomes through design.
• Design seamless, intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Continuously evaluate post-launch performance, identifying opportunities for refinement.
• Participate in regular design critiques, offering and receiving feedback to elevate design standards.
• Contribute across visual design, UX research, design systems, and micro-interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree from a leading design institute (NIFT, NID, Srishti, IIT Guwahati, UID, Pearl, etc.).

Required Skills

• Strong product thinking with a focus on solving real problems through design.
• Proven ability to collaborate within product teams and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Excellent visual design sense — typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity to leverage new tools and workflows that boost quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• A collaborative team player with a low ego and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., e-commerce, mobility, or SaaS).
• Familiarity with motion or 3D design tools like Illustrator, After Effects, or Blender.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking, not just visuals.
