What You'll Do

● Customer Experience Solutions: Develop and implement customer experience solutions

for online applications and websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.

● Design Management: Oversee the design, creation, and production of customer

experience elements from concept to completion, including updates and revisions.

● User-Centered Design Tools: Utilize a wide range of user-centered design tools to create

customer experience briefs, site strategies, wireframes, visual mockups, site layouts, site

maps, navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, and

prototypes.

● Project Leadership: Review, analyze, and lead high-profile or complex projects, guiding

teams of user-centered design specialists to achieve project goals.

● Research and Innovation: Conduct research and test new theories to develop innovative

and leading-edge design solutions.

● Best Practices Analysis: Review relevant internal and external sites, and consult

standards, guidelines, and policies to determine best practices in design and

implementation.

● Risk Management: Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables, ensuring all

designs meet usability and customer experience standards.

● Prototyping: Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes, using feedback to make

necessary adjustments.

● Issue Resolution: Resolve moderately complex issues relating to design and user

experience, collaborating with peers, colleagues, and managers as necessary.

● Project Management: Create and monitor schedules to ensure timely and effective

program execution, oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules,

and quality assurance.

● Have a consulting mindset to sell designs better.

Who will be a good fit

● 3-5 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio

showcasing your work.

● Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.

● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping would be a plus.

● Exceptional understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design processes,

ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.

● Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
