What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
As a Product Designer at noon Minutes, you will own the end-to-end design across our customer-facing app and internal tools-spanning commerce, pricing, vendor, and growth experiences ensuring every surface is intuitive, fast, and delightful.
- Own UX and UI design across the noon Minutes product-from discovery and ideation through to pixel-perfect delivery.
- Work across internal-facing tools and workflows-supporting commercial, instock, pricing, vendor management, and finance teams with well-designed operational surfaces.
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers; be present in every sprint, not just at the start.
- Conduct user research and usability testing; bring real customer insight into design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system across the platform.
What you'll need:
- 13 years of product design experience, ideally in a marketplace environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking-not just visual craft, but problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma; experienced with prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
- Comfortable designing for internal/operational contexts.
- Ability to work at pace-noon Minutes moves fast and design needs to keep up.
- Experience in quick-commerce, e-grocery, or super-app environments is a plus.
