Role Overview - Product Designer

In this role, you'll help shape fintech products that genuinely make life easier for businesses around the world. You'll work closely with a collaborative, fast-moving team to design thoughtful, user-first experiences across our platform.

From early concepts to polished prototypes, you'll play a key role in evolving both new and existing global productsalways with a focus on creating simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications based on product requirements, user research and market research.
  • Must be able to understand the existing products to make enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers to bring designs to life with high attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system.
  • Must be able to work with existing design standards.
  • Define new design guidelines and publish them in a central repository.
  • Must be able to design for a global audience.
  • Must have designed fintech solutions.
  • Own the user experience as part of the deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our products are cutting-edge.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4.5+ years of experience designing B2B, SaaS, or fintech products, with a strong focus on web applications and data-heavy dashboards;
  • Experience designing for API-first and developer-focused products, including integrations and documentation-related flows;
  • Strong ability to translate complex and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences;
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems;
  • Experience working closely with product owner/CPO, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders in fast-paced, agile environments;
  • Familiarity with fintech, payments, wallets, or regulated products (EMI/crypto experience is a plus);
  • Ability to contribute across product, marketing, and website design when needed
  • Clear communicator with strong ownership and attention to detail.
