We are looking for a Product Designer who will help shape the experience of our learning platform and internal tools. In this role, you will work closely with the product team, engineers, and design team to translate ideas into intuitive product experiences. This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems through design, has a strong sense of usability and aesthetics, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be involved in designing product flows, improving existing experiences, and collaborating across teams to ensure our product feels seamless and thoughtful.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for new features and product improvements.
- Work closely with developers and the product team to translate product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Continuously analyse and improve the usability of the platform by identifying friction points and improving design flows.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency across the product.
- Create prototypes and visual concepts to quickly test and communicate ideas with the team.
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate design exploration, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
- Good understanding of user experience principles and interaction design.
- Experience collaborating with the product team and marketing team.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude AI, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted tools to enhance design workflows, productivity, and experimentation.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
Bonus If You Have
- Experience designing learning platforms, SaaS products, or community-driven products.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Basic understanding of product metrics and user behaviour.
