Product Designer - Figma/Sketch/Illustrator

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure all design decisions are grounded in user behavior and data-driven insights.

Collaborative Problem Solving:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design objectives and product requirements.
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions, providing creative design solutions aligned with business and user goals.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance user experiences.

Design Systems:

• Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Promote reusable and scalable design components within the product ecosystem.

Stay Informed:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to bring innovative ideas and best practices to product design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premium institute in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in product design, preferably in B2C environments.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving ability.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
