About the role

The role of a Product Designer at Dutient involves creating user-centric product designs that align with business goals and user needs. Day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing prototypes, refining designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers and developers to bring innovative concepts to life. The Product Designer will utilize design thinking principles to solve complex design challenges while ensuring an excellent user experience. Additionally, they will drive consistent visual and aesthetic standards across all product offerings.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design techniques, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles.
• Experience in User Research and UX Research to gather actionable insights for design solutions.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies for problem-solving and innovative outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including product management and development teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is also considered.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and product lifecycle management is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.

Good to Have

• HTML, CSS, basic React, ability to build or tweak what you design
• Motion design, micro-interactions, transitions (Framer Motion, After Effects, Rive)
• Experience with B2B or SaaS product design specifically
