We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will own end-to-end design for a SaaS product, working closely with product and engineering to shape experiences that drive real business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for someone who treats product design as a craft, not a job.

Who You Are (Must-Haves):
- 3+ years of experience designing SaaS products (web + mobile).
- Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Engineering college, or Design graduate from NID/NID-equivalent.
- Strong expertise with modern design tools (Figma, prototyping, design systems, UX IA).
- AI-First Designer Mindset: Uses AI tools at every stage of workflowideation, wireframing, prototyping, content creation, critique, iteration, and user testing.
- Deep obsession with product quality, details, and craft.
- Non 9-to-5 attitudeworks with autonomy, urgency, and accountability.
- Proactive by nature, not reactiveanticipates problems and solves before escalation.
- High agility and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong communicator with ability to ask the right questions before starting design.
