Job Purpose :
The role is responsible for driving highquality product design through handson expertise and leadership of design and innovation practices. This position ensures that every aspect of the product experience meets the highest standards of craft, consistency, and alignment with the design system.
As a member of an agile, global product team, the role leads and develops a team of product designersproviding clear direction, mentorship, and support to enable the creation of impactful, usercentred product experiences.
With a strategic and holistic mindset, the role shapes both the detailed design and broader service outcomes. This includes defining servicelevel KPIs that help the product team measure and understand their contribution to customer satisfaction, business performance, and organisational growth.
