Product Design Lead

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Products Design Lead to join our Digital Products team at Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd. (Formerly Edelweiss Wealth Management Ltd.).

In this capacity you will be responsible to define the design vision for our mobile, web and exe platforms, leading the UI/UX team internally as well as coordinating with external design agencies and stakeholders to meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities include but does not limit to:

• Leading the design team and managing day to day deliveries
• Setting the design vision for the mobile (Nuvama Markets), web (NuvamaWealth.com / internal CRM portal) and EXE (TX3) products
• Establishing strong design practices and systems in order to ensure consistency across all families of our digital products
• Collaborating with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to ensure that products meet user needs and business goals
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design ideas
• Oversee the design and development of new features and updates to our digital products

Preferred Skillsets:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work (please share your Behance or similar profile)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Invision, Photoshop and various prototyping tools
• Experience with companies in the financial services domain, particularly in Broking/Wealth Management/Mutual Funds would be beneficial
• Self-driven, able to take complete ownership to drive and champion design decisions
• Be respectful, communicative, and willing to work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
