Product designer, working directly with the founders, engineering, and business teams to shape the product experience from the ground up. You will own design end-to-end, from understanding customer problems and defining solutions to designing, shipping, and measuring their impact. This role combines design with product thinking. You should enjoy speaking to customers, understanding their workflows, challenging assumptions, and translating insights into simple, intuitive experiences. You will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape a fast-growing product used by businesses across Bharat.. WHAT WE RE LOOKI NG FOR Strong design fundamentals: A solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, information architecture, and usability. Product thinking: You care about why a feature should exist, not just how it looks. Customer empathy: You enjoy speaking to users and understanding their problems firsthand. Data-driven mindset: You are comfortable using product data to evaluate design decisions and measure outcomes after launch. End-to-end ownership: You can independently take a problem from discovery to design, execution, and iteration. Strong collaboration: You can communicate design decisions clearly and work effectively with founders and engineering. AI-native mindset: You actively leverage AI tools to research, design, prototype, and build faster.
