Stakeholder Management
Had experience with US/ European Client - Interactions, Weekly or Daily Scrum
- Manage software product development projects and take accountability for delivery in scope, on budget, and on schedule.
- Setting the vision with the customer for their product(s), understanding how it connects to the organizations goals.
- Building products with world-class customer experiences in mind, understanding the entire lifecycle of a customer.
- Defining, prioritizing, and communicating short, mid, and long-term goals of the product.
- Ensuring high engagement in the UX domain to deliver a great customer experience.
- Support analysis and formalization of business requirements and define project objectives and scope.
- Establish project plans and roadmaps using tools like Smartsheet and Monday.com.
- Be an evangelist for the team, communicating with stakeholders and helping the team bridge any gaps in understanding between the team and the rest of the company.
- Set and track milestones and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and issues and propose mitigation actions.
- Manage unforeseen situations/delays, realign schedule and expectations as needed.
- Adherence to security policies and standards set by the Global IT PMO.
- Proficient with Agile project methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Establish and implement project communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Assess business impacts of IT projects, organize change management, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, coordinate tasks, and assign responsibilities to project members.
- Use project management tools to track project performance and progress. Requirements
- Overall 8+ years of program management experience
- English fluency is a MUST.
- Agile Certifications (Scrum master, SAFE, etc)
- Thorough understanding of Project Management processes, principles, strategies, and methods.
- Experience with lean and agile product delivery approaches.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success working with all levels of management, including C-Suite.
- Experience managing large budgeting and forecasting projects.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications and software used in the organization and the industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Project Management tools.
- Experience in working in a complex international environment.
- Ability to motivate people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business
- Administration, or other related fields.
