Job Description

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in DCS, you will enable the delivery of products in a stable and scalable manner. You will work across teams to ensure continuous product value delivery, support post-trade STP clients, and contribute to DCS Transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with eSales and related teams to ensure smooth enablement and control setup.
  • Identify and remediate client issues raised by Front, Middle, and Back Office, or directly by clients.
  • Act as a champion for the DCS Transformation agenda.
  • Work with agile teams to design, develop, and manage digital products through launch and adoption.
  • Launch, test, and iterate new products and features.
  • Conduct requirements and data analysis, process mapping, and user interviews to define needs.
  • Document user stories and requirements for both development and UX design teams.
  • Manage UAT, ensure test criteria and user expectations are met.
  • Track and escalate project milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress across the DCS Organization.
  • Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute delivery tasks and increase efficiency.
  • Support change management activities and monitor compliance with risk and control standards.
  • Escalate blockers to ensure continued progress and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, test management, product delivery, or client services in financial services.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with influence across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, user-centered design, and product ideation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in mining and analyzing complex data sets.
  • Comfortable with JIRA and Agile project methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and resolve obstacles and dependencies proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with post-trade STP flows and trade lifecycle.
