Create, review, and maintain specifications and general and site-specific recipes in SAP PLM (CORE) using BoM data from ERP systems and pallet patterns
Review product specifications, divisional systems, and product dossiers to extract and structure relevant SKU and product information
Conduct detailed analysis of recipes and properties to ensure accuracy, consistency, traceability, and compliance with regulatory and GxP requirements
Define and maintain standardized specification data models across Consumer Health, Pharma, and Crop Science divisions
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and alignment across SAP PLM, ERP, and MES systems
Support data migration, enrichment, and post-migration validation activities, including after-data-validation reviews
Carry out data collection, enrichment, and cleansing activities using standardized templates for migration, creation, validation, reporting, and audits
Create and maintain training materials and guideline documentation for cross-functional stakeholders
Identify data quality issues, investigate inconsistencies, and support system enhancements to improve data management efficiency
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, product supply, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve data-related queries and provide accurate information
Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to best practices in product data management
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies throughout all data management activities
