YOUR TASKS
- Lead product costing activities for new developments and existing products across multiple manufacturing processes
- Prepare and manage detailed project cost reports, tracking key financial indicators including OI, EBIT, NPV, IRR, ROS, Payback Period, RoD, and Gross Margin
- Develop and maintain machine hourly rates for Injection Molding, Sheet Metal fabrication, and SMT operations
- Evaluate supplier quotations and conduct commercial feasibility analysis
- Perform cost estimation for new parts including Plastic components, Sheet Metal parts, and PCB assemblies
- Define target costs and technical-commercial specifications for purchased components and support Purchasing in supplier price negotiations
- Conduct pricing analysis through benchmarking with comparable products and alternative market sources
- Manage costing and financial coordination for global projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare Monthly MIS reports and ensure compliance with RMC/RICO costing standards
- Actively participate in cost optimization initiatives and Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes to assess financial impact and drive savings
Your Qualifications
- ICWA /Engineering /Diploma
- 3+ years experience in previous similar positions is a must
- Technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and financial figures (cost accounting and profitability) is a must
- High knowledge in Microsoft Office package; specially in Excel and Power Point
- Analytics and with high sense activities prioritization
- Proactive and with good communication skills
