Job Overview
Pidge is looking for a Product Consultant who will work at the intersection of Solutions Engineering, Technical Operations, Onboarding, and Presales SaaS. The role involves understanding customer workflows, translating business needs into product requirements, supporting solution implementation, and ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of the platform.The ideal candidate will combine product thinking, stakeholder collaboration, technical understanding, and operational execution to deliver scalable logistics-tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solutions Engineering & Presales Support
- Partner with the Presales SaaS team to understand customer requirements and propose scalable product solutions
- Support product demonstrations, technical walkthroughs, and solution discussions with clients
- Work closely with sales and product teams to improve solution positioning
Product Consulting & Technical Operations
- Collaborate with the Product Excellence team to analyze problem statements & co-create solutions
- Convert ambiguous business challenges into clear functional requirements
- Support cross-functional execution between Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Act as an Onboarding Specialist for new clients using the Pidge platform
- Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of logistics-tech workflows
- Identify configuration gaps and suggest improvements
Research, Insights & Optimization
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend iterative improvements
- Run structured experiments to validate assumptions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in logistics technology / SaaS / product consulting / solutions engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related field
- Ability to translate unclear requirements into actionable solutions
- Comfort working with product metrics and forming data-driven hypotheses
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) ⭐
- Experience in SaaS presales or implementation roles
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or mobility-tech platforms
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, or workflow configuration
- Experience working with product analytics tools
- Prior exposure to customer onboarding or solution deployment
