About the Role:Join our dynamic E-commerce team as a Product Catalog Specialist. You will be the crucial link in ensuring our online product listings are flawless, compelling, and legally compliant. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data quality in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Management: Collect, cleanse, standardize, and format large volumes of product data (specs, descriptions, assets) from sellers and warehouses.
- Catalog Upload: Accurately upload and maintain product listings using our CMS/bulk tools, ensuring 100% data integrity and resolving live listing errors quickly.
- Compliance & QA: Enforce strict internal and external industrial compliance standards (e.g., safety, regulatory labeling) before products go live. Conduct compliance audits.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes for maximum searchability and clarity.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for sellers and internal teams, providing training on data submission protocols and collaborating with Marketing on digital assets.
What You'll Bring:- Experience: 1+ years in product data management, catalog creation, or e-commerce operations.
- Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Platform Familiarity: Exposure to E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) or PIM systems is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of e-commerce compliance requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
