Yantrion Inc is building an AI-powered engineering automation platform that transforms how electrical and industrial engineers design, validate, and generate professional CAD drawings (Single Line Diagrams, schematics, layouts) using AI, computer vision, and agentic workflows.

Our mission is to eliminate repetitive CAD work and bring intelligence, standards compliance, and speed to engineering design across energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product & Business Development Manager who sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can:

  • Understand a deeply technical product
  • Translate customer pain points into product requirements
  • Drive enterprise pilots, partnerships, and early revenue
  • Work closely with founders, engineering, and early customers

You will play a key role in shaping what we build and how we take it to market.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Customer Discovery
  • Engage with EPC firms, engineering consultants, utilities, and industrial customers to understand workflows and pain points
  • Convert customer feedback into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and roadmaps
  • Validate product-market fit through pilots, demos, and proof-of-concepts
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and releases
Business Development & Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and pilot projects
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for early customers (lead demo pilot conversion)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
  • Support pricing strategy, packaging, and go-to-market planning
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning
  • Identify emerging trends in AI, CAD automation, and engineering software
  • Help position Yantrion clearly against traditional CAD tools and emerging AI solutions
Go-To-Market Execution
  • Support marketing efforts with customer stories, use cases, and value propositions
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, product demos, and technical presentations
  • Work with founders on partnerships, channel strategy, and ecosystem development
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Technical Sales
  • Strong exposure to B2B SaaS, engineering software, CAD/CAE tools, or industrial technology
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with engineering teams (software, electrical, mechanical, or industrial)
  • Proven ability to drive customer conversations, demos, and pilots
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Background in electrical engineering, industrial automation, energy, or manufacturing
  • Experience selling or managing products like AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, PVSyst, SCADA, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or automation platforms
  • Startup experience or early-stage product exposure
  • Experience working with US or global customers
