Preferred Functional Knowledge
- Should be well versed in MS Office
- especially in excel and should have worked on Jira/Freshdesk (Support tools).
Key Responsibility
They offer expert advice, resolve supportcases efficiently, conduct training sessions, documentation, research new
problems,
- provide advice for product improvements, and stay updated on industry trends.
Specialist - Product Support involves providing technical and customer service support for a company's products,
assisting users with product issues, identifying and analyzing problems, reporting issues to leadership with detailed
analysis.

They must possess strong problem-solving, customer service, multitasking, time management, communication, and
leadership skills.
- They typically hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.

- Any Degree, Fluent in English and Hindi both written and verbal along with 1-3 years of Experience in same domain.
