- Lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of a global team of consultants, and support engineers.
- Take ownership of global 24/7 operations, managing daily, high-pressure escalations from various regions and ensuring rapid resolution to meet stringent SLAs.
- Resource planning and management, effectively resolving constraints during critical delivery periods to ensure business continuity.
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex, multi-layered technical roadblocks that stall the team.
- Experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple modules of Temenos Transact, Temenos Payments Hub (TPH), TDH and Financial Crime Mitigation (FCM), Infinity in a 24X7 Application Support function
- Understanding of infrastructure and middleware brokers (Artemis, ActiveMQ, Kafka, jBOSS) to accelerate Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Utilize understanding of Azure cloud basics and SQL to guide modern deployment and database troubleshooting efforts.
- Oversee the integration landscape of satellite applications (Temenos/3rd Party) with Transact/TPH/FCM.
- Banking Domain: Deep understanding of core banking business processes (payments, lending, treasury, compliance) to effectively prioritize issues.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional crisis management skills, executive-level communication abilities, and a demonstrated aptitude for complex problem-solving under duress.
- Overall, 20 years of IT experience
