Product & Application Development Engineer

We are building India's next wave of advanced materials, starting with a breakthrough aerogel insulation technology. As we scale manufacturing and deploy pilots with customers, we're looking for ahands-on Product & Application Development Engineerwho enjoys working at the intersection ofmaterials, real-world applications, customers, and manufacturing.

This is amultidisciplinary, impact-driven rolesuited for engineers who enjoy working close to real-world applications from lab trials and simulations to customer deployments and factory integration. You will work closely with R&D, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams to translate material innovation into commercially viable solutions.

What you will do

• Runlab trials, pilot testing, and field validationsfor new applications
• Quantify performance, value creation, and application-specific optimizations
• Supportcustomer deployments, demos, and technical discussions
• Convert field feedback intoproduct and process improvements
• Work closely withR&D, Manufacturing, and Business teamsduring scale-up

What you bring

• B.Tech / B.E. inChemical, Mechanical, Thermal, or related fields
• 25 years inapplication development, product engineering, or technical support
• Comfortable withhands-on experimentation, data analysis, and cross-team work
• Able to translatecustomer needs into engineering actions
• Exposure toindustrial systems / instrumentationis a plus

(Experience with insulation, high-temperature materials, simulations, or process industries is great but curiosity and execution matter more.)
