ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Product Analyst to sit at the intersection of business, data, and product. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, analyze data to uncover insights, define and track product metrics, and help shape the roadmap with evidence rather than guesswork.

You will work closely with product managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure we build the right things and measure their impact with a strong focus on our payments and platform products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements, and translate them into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

- Define, track, and report on product KPIs and success metrics; turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.

- Partner with product managers to support roadmap prioritization with data, research, and impact analysis.

- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and user behavior analysis to inform product decisions.

- Work with engineering and QA to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and validate that delivered features meet the intended outcome.

- Map and document product and process workflows, especially across payment flows, integrations, and third-party systems.

- Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders; communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Support A/B tests and feature experiments, and analyze results to guide iteration.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in a product or technology environment.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).

- Experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and product documentation.

- Comfort working with analytics and product tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- A structured, data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Domain knowledge of payments — payment gateways, payment orchestration, PSPs, and transaction flows.

- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and how product and engineering teams work together.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery and tools like Jira or similar.

- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and research.
