Role Overview
We are looking for an Entry-Level Product Analyst who is eager to learn and contribute to the design and development of digital supply chain and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career at the intersection of technology, product management, and supply chain operations.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders to support requirement gathering, process mapping, research, and product documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing supply chain and manufacturing workflows.
- Support the translation of product vision into user stories, requirements, and documentation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, standards, and best practices.
- Help prepare process maps, wireframes, and prototypes under guidance.
- Participate in discussions with engineering and design teams, capturing notes and feedback.
- Maintain product documentation and research reports to support roadmap planning.
- Learn and apply Agile practices by supporting backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in product management, supply chain, or digital technologies.
- Basic understanding of supply chain/manufacturing concepts (through coursework, internships, or projects).
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, or basic visualization tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Exposure to UI/UX or prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar).
- Internship or project experience related to ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing systems.
- Awareness of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.

Work Schedule
We follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks to serve our global customers with agility and excellence.
Employees are expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month. This model helps us accelerate delivery timelines and maintain the high standards of quality our customers expect.
