Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Analyst at Syntasa. The Product Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret product and customer data to inform product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and performance metrics. This role will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations and product improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting data analyses, defining and tracking KPIs, preparing dashboards and reports, documenting requirements, and supporting experiments and A/B tests. The Product Analyst will also contribute to competitive and market analysis, assist in refining user journeys, and help ensure that product decisions align with client missions and Syntasa's sovereignty-first strategy.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience applying Analytical Skills to solve complex product and business problems.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, including working with large datasets, using analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, BI platforms), and building dashboards and reports.
• Capability in Business Analysis, including gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating stakeholder needs into clear product specifications.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Product Management principles, including product lifecycle, KPI development, backlog prioritization, and experimentation methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms or AI/ML-driven products is beneficial; exposure to government or enterprise environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality, data-driven recommendations.
