data-driven decision-making and product innovation for our Supply Chain & Customer Excellence
charters.

Brief about the Team
The Lead Product Analyst at Tata 1mg will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product
offerings by leveraging data to drive product performance, user experience, and business growth. You
will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders,
and deliver actionable insights to guide the evolution of Tata 1mg's products, features, and services. This
is a strategic role that requires deep analytical expertise, leadership, and a passion for improving
healthcare experiences through data.
What will you do:
- Data Analysis and Product Insights
Lead the analysis of product performance and user behavior on Tata 1mg's Supply chain & CX platforms, including metrics such as conversion rates, feature adoption, etc
Develop and manage a robust analytics framework for tracking key product KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals
Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical techniques to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization in product performance
Collaborate with product managers to identify data requirements, assess opportunities and deliver insights that inform product strategies and feature prioritization
- Product Strategy and Decision Support
Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to optimize product features and improve user experiences
Lead A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation efforts to validate hypotheses and evaluate the impact of new product features and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering and business to influence product roadmaps and ensure that data is integrated into decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle
Drive the development of dashboards and reports for tracking product performance, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner
- Leadership and Team Development
Lead and mentor a growing team of product analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high-quality analysis
Define best practices for product analytics, including methodologies for experimentation, data collection, and reporting
Develop and execute training programs to build analytical capabilities within the team and across the organization
- Data-Driven Culture and Continuous Improvement
Advocate for a data-driven culture within Tata 1mg, helping stakeholders across the company embrace data in decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis methodologies, and tools to ensure scalability and accuracy as the business grows
Stay up to date with the latest analytics trends, tools, and best practices, and implement relevant innovations in the team's workflows
What are we looking for:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product analytics in e-commerce, supply chain or healthcare-related industries, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role.
Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL for data querying and analysis Strong understanding of instrumentation and application of clickstream data Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and regression modeling
Basic Proficiency with Python/R, or similar tools for advanced data analysis and automation
Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude etc.)
Problem-Solving: Ability to frame complex problems, identify data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts Why Join Us
