At CarDekho Group, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team. You will transform data into powerful insights that drive user growth, retention, and product innovation. We're looking for a data-savvy problem-solver who can uncover trends, run experiments, and guide product decisions with sharp analysis.
- Define, track, and evolve core product KPIs, including engagement, activation, retention, conversion, and funnel health, ensuring the business always has a clear view of platform performance.
- You build and own real-time dashboards and automated reports that keep every stakeholder ahead of problems, not reacting to them. No one should have to ask how the platform is performing. Your work makes the answer obvious.
- Surface trends, anomalies, and performance gaps through rigorous data analysis. When metrics shift, you lead root cause investigations, connecting user behavior changes to real business implications.
- You design and run A/B tests that move the product forward with confidence. Every test is a question worth asking. Every result is a lesson worth acting on. You make sure the team ships what works, not just what feels right.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to shape priorities with data-backed recommendations, not just reporting what happened, but guiding what should happen next.
- Dive deep into datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, GA4, and Mixpanel to generate actionable insights
- Partner with product managers to influence roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.
What we're looking for -
- 4 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with product or growth teams.
- BTech from Top Tiered Institutions (IITs/NITs)
- Strong hands-on experience with: SQL (advanced querying, joins, aggregations, window functions), Python (data manipulation, analysis, automation), Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, visualization best practices).
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise stories for stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Strong understanding of product metrics and user behavior analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
