About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who is process-oriented individual that quickly grasps complex business systems and can translate ambiguous problems into structured data solutions. He/she would possess an avid curiosity and the ability to independently manage and prioritize a diverse range of complex requirements. The ideal candidate would have strong leadership capabilities, cross-functional team skills, and the drive to constantly innovate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Experimentation Lifecycle: Collaborate closely with Product Managers to design rigorous A/B tests, define success metrics, analyze test data, and provide clear recommendations for product rollouts.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify product drop-offs or growth opportunities, structure the problem, and deliver actionable insights independently.
  • Process Optimization: Manage, optimize, and streamline processes for data tracking instrumentation, intake, validation, and engineering to ensure absolute data integrity across the product.
  • Data Architecture & Reporting: Build, develop, and maintain complex data models, scalable reporting systems, dashboards, and core product performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, compelling narratives for cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing) to drive critical roadmap decisions.
  • AI Exploration & Integration: Champion the use of AI technologies within the analytics workflow. Explore AI-assisted tools for SQL generation, automated anomaly detection, and accelerating exploratory data analysis to scale the team's output.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with SQL / BigQuery is strictly mandatory.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a relevant field.
  • Deep expertise in A/B Testing: Strong foundational knowledge of experiment design, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, sample sizing, and post-experiment analysis.
  • Experience working with Product Analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of product development lifecycles and agile processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Data Studio) and spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).

Who will excel

  • We're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
  • You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
  • We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
