Product Intern Southeast Asia (SEA) Market

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office, 5 Days/Week)

Timings: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM IST (may require stretching occasionally)

Travel: Involves periodic travel across SEA regions

Duration: 6 months

Post-internship Path: Full-time offer as Product Analyst (PA) or Associate Product Manager (APM) based on performance.

What You'll Do

As a Product Intern working closely with our SEA market team, you'll be at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology. This is not a just observe internship you'll own and deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Research: Conduct surveys, user studies, and competitor benchmarking to uncover user needs
• Product Definition & Delivery: Translate insights into clear feature specs and work with developers for delivery
• Iteration & Benchmarking: Track product metrics, identify gaps, and recommend iterations
• Adoption & Growth: Collaborate with business/marketing teams to drive adoption with high-impact collateral
• Be open to traveling across SEA markets for product/user immersion

Who are we Looking For

• Final-year students or recent grads who are hungry to learn, build, and own real outcomes
• Excellent communication skills you can write clearly, present confidently, and influence through storytelling
• Strong analytical thinking can break down complex problems, analyze data, and form actionable insights
• Fluency with MS Office / GSuite (Excel, PowerPoint especially)
• Willingness to travel as needed for product discovery, launches, or market visits
• Comfortable with a work-from-office setup (Bangalore) and a SEA-facing time zone (8:30 AM 5 PM IST)
• Open to putting in extra effort when the work demands it

Where This Can Lead

Based on performance during the internship this can lead to a full-time offer as a Product Analyst (PA), with a clear path to transition into an Associate Product Manager (APM) role within a year. Exceptional interns may be considered for a direct APM offer.
