Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct problem and opportunity assessments using data and customer feedback to identify business challenges and emerging trends.
- Define and standardize key performance scorecards in partnership with Business Intelligence teams.
- Establish analytical frameworks to derive actionable insights such as forecasts, trend analysis, feature impact, and ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and strategic decisions using predictive insights and model outputs.
- Identify opportunities for advanced modeling to solve critical business problems and guide product and marketing strategies.
- Build, validate, and interpret statistical models including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems and generate clear, actionable insights.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels and promote a data-driven culture.
Skills Required:
- Advanced SQL expertise with strong problem-solving skills (HackerRank 5-Star level or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling capabilities
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures
- Knowledge of predictive and descriptive analytics techniques
- Experience with AI models and experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with LM Studio or similar local AI/LLM tooling
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
- Ability to perform regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting
- Strong problem-structuring and hypothesis-driven analysis skills
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities
- Experience collaborating with product, business, and BI teams
Education:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
