Role Overview
We are looking for data-driven Product Analysts who can work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to drive product growth through insights and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL expertise and experience working in fast-paced product-based startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, funnels, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Build dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.
- Track KPIs, experiments, feature performance, and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on user journeys, feature adoption, monetization, and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing.
- Support data-backed decision-making through insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (mandatory).
- Good understanding of product analytics concepts such as funnels, cohorts, retention, and A/B testing.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
- Exposure to product-based companies/startup culture preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and Python/R will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility
- Product Analyst: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Senior Product Analyst: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates should be from product-based companies/startups.
