Product Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities

Gather product-specific requirements from the client or internal stakeholders and evaluate and compare them against industry trends

Liaison with Development Lead to give shape to product ideas and features

Validate MVP and POC to ensure coverage and adherence to a complete list of requirements

Act as a support point for business development by contributing to RFX responses, product demos and proof of concepts

Present products to clients to gather feedback and liaison with the development team to implement changes

Analyse metrics to improve company products by proposing innovative ideas and strategies

Contribute to company operations, such as planning, budgeting, and communicating with development and testing teams

Create collaterals for products to present utilities and benefits to the client and internal stakeholders

Translate business requirements into technical workflows, data models, and architecture-level implications in collaboration with the development team

Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Design Team to ensure alignment with best design practices, accessibility standards, and optimal user experience flows

Develop and maintain product roadmaps, outlining short-term enhancements and long-term evolution strategies aligned with organizational goals

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or any related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory

2+ years of relevant product or business analysis experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid documentation skills to prepare product workflow diagrams and BRDs

Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of process workflow tools like draw.io or Visio is preferred but not mandatory

The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
