Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience in product-based companies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to help drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support, to support product development and enhancement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product success metrics, track KPIs, and build dashboards to monitor product performance.
  • Conduct customer research to gather insights and feedback on product features and usability.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the impact of product changes and new feature releases.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications.
  • Work with the engineering and design teams to ensure product requirements are understood and properly executed.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on product performance analysis to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Analyst in a product-based company.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and product analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate with teams.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Basic understanding of coding languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation is a plus.
  • Experience working on B2B or B2C product platforms.
