Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and driven Producer's Assistant to support our production team. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The Producer's Assistant will work closely with the Producer to ensure smooth planning and seamless execution of shoots, while managing administrative responsibilities and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Producer in managing schedules, calendars and production timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and crew members
- Oversee shoot logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Draft and manage professional email communications
- Handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Conduct research and assist in pre-production planning
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, record-keeping and resource tracking
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various clients simultaneously
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with advertising, media production or content creation industry
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Business Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- A highly motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking individual who thrives in dynamic production environments
