Overview

Job Description:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Production Operations, particularly in managing production environments
  • Proficient in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, AOTS, BMC Remedy etc.
  • Effective soft skills & communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written
  • Provide technical support to all stakeholders, T1 & T2 Teams.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of general Tier 1 (T1) & Tier 2 (T2) responsibilities & hands-on exp over Development as well.
  • Assist end users, T2 team, and development team with advance troubleshooting for reported issues.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and platforms like Kibana and ADX
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Shell
  • Strong understanding of Linux, IBM TWS, SQL, Azure Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Should possess experience in managing production deployments.
  • Should be capable of resolving code and SQL-related issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical and administrative support for day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting issues reported by end users, T1 Team, T2 Team.
  • Resolve technical problems promptly to meet SLA requirements.
  • Deliver 24×7 operational support for all production activities, including holidays and weekends
  • Coordinate with various teams, raise support tickets, analyze root causes, and assist in efficient resolution of all production-related issues
  • Maintain detailed logs of all issues and ensure resolutions align with quality assurance standards for production processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the data warehouse production ecosystem
  • Enhance quality through value-added initiatives, automation, and optimization
  • Capable of leading the outage calls and engaging all relevant teams

Key Competencies And Skills


  • Azure Fundamentals, IBM TWS, Snowflake Basics, Databricks, SQL, Linux, Unix, and Shell Scripting, development Skills.

Education and Qualifications:


  • Must have bachelor's degree or master's degree in science / computer applications or equivalent.
