Job Summary

Job Description – Procurement Systems Associate

Prudential's Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) team empowers Prudential to drive the greatest value by leveraging supplier partnerships. GSP provides our internal businesses and corporate functions easy access to products and services at the greatest value through business insights, market knowledge, seamless and efficient processes, and professional expertise.

The Procurement Systems Associate provides operational and analytical support for procurement systems and tools used to enable sourcing, contracting, risk evaluation and monitoring, and purchasing activities. This role focuses on system support, data accuracy, issue resolution, and user assistance. The Associate works under guidance to support system functionality, assist with testing and documentation, and ensure procurement systems are used effectively and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for procurement systems, including issue tracking and resolution
  • Assist with system testing for enhancements, upgrades, and defect fixes
  • Support data maintenance, reporting, and validation to ensure system accuracy
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide basic guidance on system usage and processes
  • Assist in documenting procedures, system changes, and user guides
  • Support compliance and control requirements through accurate system execution
  • Escalate system issues and risks as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, systems support, or related roles
  • Familiarity with procurement or enterprise systems; S2P experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
