Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Executive to support daily operations, coordination, and administrative tasks. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and management to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Service, HR, etc.)
- Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
- Maintain records, documents, and MIS reports
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data in Excel
- Schedule meetings and maintain follow-ups
- Support in client coordination and query handling
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream
- Good communication skills (Hindi basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Smart, presentable, and quick learner
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
