Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast procurement needs based on market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
