We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of quality goods and services while maximizing cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and forecast procurement needs based on market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
