Global Sourcing Manager (Senior Analyst) Job Description

About The Role
The Global Sourcing Manager will report to the Global Procurement Manager and support procurement and supply chain activities across all spend categories, act as a commercial leader and foster procurement advocacy. You will play an active role in developing the Global Procurement Policy and processes and be an advocate for these across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing, contract negotiation and due diligence activities for high-value / complex third party requirements in line with Capco's Procurement Policy.
- Develop and gain business buy-in to sourcing strategies.
- Provide supplier management expertise to support the business manage high-value / complex supplier relationships.
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to identify sustainable savings and benefits.
- Review and approve new suppliers in line with the procurement policy.
- Provide guidance to local teams on how to comply with the procurement policy.
- Report and monitor compliance with the procurement policy.
- Work on other procurement related projects and activities as a member of the global procurement team.
Job Experience
- 4+ years working in supply chain related roles.
- Broad procurement and supplier management experience preferably within professional or financial services organisations.
- Demonstrable track record of benefits delivery and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Qualified to Degree level and /or MCIPS preferable

- Strong contractual and commercial skills
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Influence and positively challenge senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work and communicate clearly across cultures including with colleagues and suppliers having English as their second language.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision, and able to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
