Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including preparing and processing purchase orders, evaluating and selecting suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and quality-focused purchasing. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to meet business goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess costs, trends, and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to build effective supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in supply chain management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
