- Knowledge of Facility and General Administrations (Mainly into Administration purchases)
- Conduct due diligence, assess supplier risks, and include contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Identify goods or services required, including specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines. Establish rules for vendor selection, bidding, and compliance with organizational standards. Use e procurement platforms to automate workflows, track spending, and enforce policies.
- Prepare and release RFQs, RFPs, or tenders to invite suppliers to submit proposals.
- Assess bids against criteria such as cost, quality, and reliability, then finalize agreements
- Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contract terms. Incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, promoting diverse suppliers and eco friendly sourcing
- Maintain audit trails with purchase orders, contracts, and invoices for compliance.
