What would you do Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance, delivery schedules, past due cases.
- Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues if any.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly.Order Tracking and Management:
- Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. What are we looking for
- Responsible for executing defined scope of work agreed with the client and making sure the SLA & KPI targets are consistently met.
- Ensure effective customer and supplier relationships and support the business needs.
- Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards for the project and delivery continual improvement.
- Understand incoming requests, check quality requirements, follow up with requester where required (by phone, email) to ensure specifications of the Purchase Requisitions. Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
