Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with Techjockey's objectives and budgetary considerations, ensuring the timely acquisition of industry-specific IT solutions and consulting services.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance to maintain high service levels, quality standards, and competitive pricing.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service-level agreements (SLAs), while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes, implementing best practices to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and minimize risks within the procurement lifecycle.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, operations, and finance departments to understand their requirements, align procurement strategies, and foster strong collaborative relationships.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 7 years in procurement, with a focus on IT solutions and consulting services procurement.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, budget management, and industry-specific IT solutions.
- Excellent analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
